Jeffrey K. Anderson is an international business executive with more than 15 years of experience building global commercial relationships, leading cross-border sales, and working with investors across multiple industries.
He has negotiated and closed transactions in more than 45 countries across North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia, and has lived and worked on three continents. Organizing international trade missions and building relationships with executives, investors, and government agencies is where his cross-cultural communication and negotiation experience was formed.
Today he serves as Partner and Director of Investor Relations at Ableman Group, a U.S.-based real estate investment firm specializing in the remote acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial assets.
Jeffrey understands how investor expectations, communication styles, and decision-making vary across markets — and how adaptability can determine whether an international opportunity advances or disappears.

Founded in 1986, the institute marks 40 years in Asunción in 2026. Its teacher-training program was internationally validated by Trinity College London, the British Association of TESOL Qualifying Institutions, the UK's Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, and the Further Education National Training Organization. All instructors are internationally certified by Trinity College London, and the institute is an official center for Trinity oral examinations.
It is formally recognized by Paraguay's Ministry of Education and Culture, and runs corporate English programs on-site at client businesses along with specialized tracks such as Legal English for lawyers, law students, and notaries.
